My Story

Nils Ketelaar is a Fine artist living in Germany. Originally from New Zealand he is not sure if he wants to keep typing this out in the third person...

I was raised in a small coastal town called Mangawhai, and have always been drawn to art and especially the ocean... spending the days of my youth fishing, surfing and drawing poorly designed Lord of the Rings esque Orcs and Gremlins on the windows of dust covered cars (as well as occasionally in my sketch book). I will be back to update this when I find the time... this is only the start of it - turns out setting up a website is a way bigger undertaking than I anticipated.... but thanks for making it through this far either way!
